Scheduling

Please call (310) 792-7775 to schedule an appointment. You can also contact us via email if you prefer

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturdays by appointment. It is our goal to schedule you as quickly as possible, especially in an emergency situation.

Your appointment is the time reserved for you to receive the proper care from our team. We extend every effort to be on time, however, referral of emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule and your understanding is much appreciated.

Your First Visit

On your first visit, the doctor will conduct a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options, making sure that you are aware of the best possible plan for your oral surgery needs. The doctor will review pertinent x-rays and lab tests if needed. Time is taken to answer your questions; we want you to be well informed about your diagnosis and treatment options. A complex medical history, complex treatment plan, or the need for intravenous (IV) anesthesia will require a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

A pre-operative consultation and physical examination is mandatory for patients undergoing I.V. anesthesia for surgery. Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery. (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, osteoporosis, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)

Preparing for Your First Visit:

Please assist us by providing the following at the time of your first visit:

-Your surgical referral slip if you were referred by your general dentist or orthodontist

-Medical and dental insurance cards; or Name, address, telephone number and ID/subscriber number of insurance provider(s)

-X-rays if available. If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. You may also bring them with you to your appointment. If additional films are necessary, we can take those in our office.

-Your health history and a list of medications that you are currently taking. Save time by completing the new patient form online. Simply click on the “New Patient Form” located in the Patient Information tab at the top, or download the form here.
